Return policy

You have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after receipt without providing any reason. You will then receive a full refund of the order amount, including shipping costs.

Only the costs for returning the product from your address to the online store are at your own expense. For the exact return rates, please consult the website of your chosen carrier.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the entrepreneur with all supplied accessories and, where reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging.

We will then refund the amount due within 30 days after notification of your return, provided that the product has already been received in good condition.
