Shipping policy

Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

We apply a processing time of 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed before 17:00 (GMT+01:00 – Amsterdam) are processed the same day. All products always go through a short processing period before being shipped.

After processing, the average shipping time is 4–7 business days. In total, you can expect a delivery time of approximately 5–10 business days from the moment your order is placed.

Delays

During periods of unexpected high demand, delivery may take slightly longer than usual. We do everything we can to process orders as quickly as possible and kindly ask for your understanding should any delays occur. Of course, we will keep you informed and always strive to keep delays to a minimum.

Shipping Service

For the delivery of our orders, we work with reliable partners such as DHL, DPD, PostNL, and UPS. Through this collaboration, you benefit from secure delivery and always have access to real-time tracking information, allowing you to easily follow your shipment.

To make your shopping experience as pleasant as possible, we offer several benefits. Orders above a certain amount qualify for free shipping. In addition, you may choose insured shipping, including priority handling, for a small additional fee. This ensures that your order is handled with the utmost care.
